we're building a habitat house, sept. 2024-jan. 2025
Sign up for the last Habitat work day, Saturday, Feb. 8
We are so close. All that’s left is checking off items on the punch list: some paint touch-ups, cleaning, caulking, door knob installation and other miscellaneous tasks. Join the crew on the final work day will be February 8 to make Tabitha’s home move-in ready. Since this two-story house now is completely enclosed, the minimum age requirement to be on site has dropped, so teens who are 16 or older can sign up. However, there only are 12 slots available for St. Peter and our church partners’ parishioners, so sign up quickly, if you are interested in putting the final touches on Tabitha’s home.
Whether you sign up to work on the St. Peter Habitat construction crew or to feed them, everyone can show support for our homeowner.
The site's address is 2853 James St., Charlotte, NC 28208. Be sure to include the zip code in your GPS since there are several James streets.
